Commissions will be paid as follows: To earn a 3%* commission: (4% lot sale) Buyer’s Broker accompanies Buyer(s) to the model homes (Vacant lot) on their first visit and completes the Buyer Broker Commission Protection form on that visit. (lot sale with construction pkg. to be at 3% total) To earn a 1.5%* commission: Buyer’s Broker accompanies Buyer(s) to the model homes (or lot) on a visit after Buyer’s first visit to the models, completes the Buyer Broker and is present when buyer signs contract.
